Should I get a Skype like cell phone or a google phone?

I Thought about getting Google phone, but I also thought about a skype phone, but I also want to make local and long distant calls, so would Skype still work for me on that if I picked them? If not then I guess I pick the Google Android phone.|||I definitely would get the google fone... its gonna be a really cool fone
