Why don't phones like the Iphone or Google phone take video?

Why not? I mean there so advanced but they dont take video? And the less expensive less advanced phones do? Whatsup?|||Alot of times it is because people will try to get live streaming on the phone by hacking it if they put video capabilities on them.
