Why does my google phone keep dropping calls after I'm on it for a certain amount of time?

When I'm on my phone for about 15 minutes all of a sudden i wont hear anything and they cant hear me but it still shows its connected.|||Was it with the same person then the person has problems or t-mobile is call failed
