Will the new Nexus One cell phone by Google be 4g ready or 4g capable on the Verizon network?

4g data for cell phones is coming to Verizon Wireless. The Nexus One by Google will be coming out shortly. Does the Nexus One have or is it "4g ready" or 4g capable?|||On a somewhat related topic, check out this excellent video. Gives good explanation of theoretical speeds vs actual speeds.

You'll realistically be hitting 2 mbps or so|||The 4G service that verizon is talking about is not actual 4G, it's LTE. 4G requires 100Mbit average speeds, 3GPP LTE isn't fast enough to qualify for 4G, but it's still very fast. And not yet available.

The Nexus One does not support the 700 MHz spectrum that LTE uses, so no, the Nexus One will not work with their "4G" service. However you won't be able to find a current phone that does unless you are in one of the select zones verizon is testing out the service and they provide you with a phone.|||maybe not
