How do I associate an android phone to my google account?

Whenever I go to the Android Market on my PC and attempt to download something, I'm told that I need to sign in with a different Google account because I don't have an android phone associated to it. I own a Motorola MT710 and a Samsung Galaxy Tab, so how do i associate these to my account?|||Go to Menu %26gt; Settings %26gt; Accounts %26amp; Sync, add your account there.
